This is my work out goal for the week. I will start this tommrow with the “Monday” and go all the way through until Sunday.

Also tommrow is meatless Monday, my menu plan is,
Breakfast: Granola bar, and an apple.
Lunch: Tabouli, Water, Crackers, and Grapes
Dinner: Veggie black bean Burrito.
